Research in our group is devoted to the synthesis, characterization and biological application of supramolecular materials. Our aim is to solve challenging interdisciplinary problems in health by developing functional materials based on (bio)organic molecules and polymers that can respond to, detect or instruct biological matter.
We have an opening for a PhD candidate on Supramolecular Biomaterials. Are you interested or know someone that is?
Roxanne was interviewed by the Leidsch Dagblad and the group’s research has been featured in an article on the October 30, 2018 print edition.
The online version of the article is available here.
Chemical & Engineering News (C&EN), the magazine of the American Chemical Society, recognized Roxanne Kieltyka as one of their Talented 12. This award is dedicated to young rising stars in chemistry that are pushing the boundaries of their field. The award ceremony took place at the Fall 2018 ACS National Meeting in Boston. There, Roxanne gave a presentation on her research in the T12 symposium. C&EN published the profiles of all the awardees on August 19.
